Family Fun Night is our Halloween celebration with the local community. We will have tons of food, games, and candy for everyone. This year’s theme is Video Games/Computer Games/Board Games. Come dressed in your best costume! The entire event is completely free and open to anyone! We’re requesting for candy donations, and we also welcome everyone to share finger foods, pizza, and meatballs.

Come to our Staytreat and spend time with our church family at Munden Point Park (2001 Pefley Lane, Virginia Beach, VA. 23457). Our theme is “Health is Wealth.” There will be food potluck and fellowship, along with group sessions, games, biking, kayaking, volleyball, basketball, disc golf, and jet skiing.

Location: Scarborough Square Park. We’re partnering with “National Night Out” and distributing school supplies for our annual Back-to-School Outreach. This is a great way for you and a group of friends to serve the local community. We will be gathering at 29th Street at the oceanfront at 5:00 PM for a time of prayer. Following that, we will spend some time walking the boardwalk and spreading the Gospel through Gospel tracts and handing out water and Gatorade. It’ll be a Great Commission night that the entire family can enjoy. Afterwards, enjoy the Beach Blanket movie of the evening: The Good Dinosaur (rated PG) on 29th Street on the sand.

SPARC presents the 2nd Annual Above the Clouds 5K in honor of Dr. Albert K. Lin, our former youth director and elder at ICC. This is a run/walk to raise awareness to brain cancer, and to remember and honor Dr. Lin. He continues to inspire us to live our lives to the fullest, and to finish the race, in a manner most worthy of a prize that lasts for eternity. A portion of your registration fee will be donated to www.braintumor.org, who unrelentingly invests in, mobilizes, and unites the brain tumor community to discover a cure, deliver effective treatments, and advocate for patients and caregivers. LOCATION: Dismal Swamp Canal Trail, Chesapeake, VA.
